ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final because all custom products are made especially for the buyer by third party suppliers as soon as an order is placed. Be sure to make thoughtful purchasing decisions! Otherwise it'll make a great white elephant gift!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of any product(s) and/or services purchased from www.asssoulsrule.com including sales items. 

Exchanges
There is no option to exchange any product(s) as all are custom orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the way forward.

If Ass Souls Rule is not notified within 24 hours of receipt of the product(s), then no action will be taken by Ass Souls Rule.

As part of this process you must provide proof of the date & time of delivery of the package to your shipping address as well as pictures of the damaged item(s), so have this proof ready.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 consecutive days of receipt, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a European Union Cancellation or Return Request is via Contacts on www.asssoulsrule.com within 14 consecutive days of package receipt. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. As part of this process you must also provide proof of the date & time of delivery of the package to your shipping address as well as pictures of the unopened package or if the package is opened, then include pictures of all of the item(s), so have this proof ready in order for Ass Souls Rule to evaluate and to approve or to disapprove the return.

If your European Union Cancellation or Return Request is approved, then the item(s) must be returned in the same package and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the return address provided.

Note that this is only approval for a return and not a refund.

Refunds for European Union Cancellation(s) or Return(s)
Ass Souls Rule will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refunds for returns will be disapproved if the item(s) is not in the same condition that you received it, is worn or used, is without tags, and/or is not in its original packaging.

If approved, then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
